LINCOLN TOWNSHIP — Like most school districts in Michigan, student enrollment at Lakeshore Public Schools has been in decline and is expected to continue to do so, Chief Financial Officer Tracy Althouse told school board trustees this week.

During a school board meeting Monday night, she said student enrollment has dropped by 130 students over the past 10 years – from 2,799 students in the 2014-15 school year to 2,669 this year.
